A trip to mainland Europe to visit Norvenich Air Base, Germany. Here, TLG-33 have relocated from their home base of Buchel until 2026 whilst the base prepares for the arrival of the F-35. A successful visit was made with thanks to the friendly and determined members of the squadron who provided an insight into operating Germany’s nuclear capable Panavia Tornado IDS. The aircraft is currently set for retirement in 2030.
